Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. If you are outside of Australia and would like to purchase our products, please fill out our contact form for specific information on shipping costs and arrangements.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the products purchased.
Domestic Shipping Rates:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on product weight
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout based on product weight
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over: 3kg

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping Methods We use Australia Post for all our shipping needs. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes Respire Australia ships to addresses within Australia, including P.O. Boxes.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Respire Australia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages Respire Australia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
